About Us
South East Land Construction was established by Christopher Germano as a site preparation company focusing on small residential projects. We have since grown and expanded our services into utility work, grading, demolition and provision of material(fill dirt, aggregate, stone).

Site Work & Grading
South East Land Construction specializes in site work and grading. Over the years we have performed the erosion control, clearing, and grading for a number of new residential and commercial developments in Brunswick and the surrounding areas.
Provision Of Material
South East Land Construction owns and operates a fill dirt pit. We are able to supply fill dirt for any project in Brunswick & the surrounding areas. We offer delivery & grading services for any material. We also dispose of strippings from excavation.
Demolition
South East Land Construction provides demolition services of varying types including wooden structure demolition, steel industrial building demolition, concrete and asphalt removal, and marine works. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
